Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy for stylists and color specialist appointments: We understand sometimes life happens, but frequent "No shows" and last minute cancellations/reschedules will not be excused. If you fall under either of those categories, we will require a Reservation Fee of 50% of total services booking for, in order to book any future appointments (reservation fees will be applied to the total of your services as long as you attend your scheduled appointment). Your online booking feature will also be disabled. We value our clients and their time we only ask for the same consideration in return. In the same turn, if your stylist/color specialist is frequently running late/behind for your appointments, please notify management so we may address the issue in an appropriate manner.

Salon Conduct:

Beguiling Beauty Salon has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any abuse, verbal or otherwise, between guest and employees and vice versa. We expect everyone entering the building (guests and employees alike) to act with kind consideration of each other. If, as a Guest you are unhappy with any services received, we request you address the issues with the Owner Kelly directly to resolve the matter. Beguiling Beauty Salon will not tolerate any employee (or guest) being belittled, berated, or spoken to in any manner less than civil. Anyone (guest or employee) in violation of the above mentioned policy will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to return. No exceptions will be made. Beguiling Beauty Salon also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.

Refund Policy

In the event a guest is unhappy with a service discussed and received at the end of their appointment, it is our policy to offer a correction/adjustment at no charge the same day or with in 7 days time of the original appointment. Possibility of a refund is at the discretion of the owner Kelly. Absolutely NO Refunds or adjustments will be issued to any guest showing us Photos of their hair at any time after their service (the issue needs to be seen in person by the stylist or owner). No Refunds will be issued to any guest that has gone somewhere else to have their hair adjusted. 


We do not sell client information to any 3rd parties. Your information can only be given freely by you as a client to either the salon or your stylist.

Personal Check- (from existing clients only. If you are a new client we ask you choose a different payment method for your first 3 visits). Any returned checks will be charged a returned check fee plus the total amount of services.
